Access to the Service is provided

To the Seller

A structural subdivision of the authorized body carrying out implementation functions in the field of the state material reserve. Access is automatically granted based on the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity (the seller)

To the Bidders

Legal entities and individuals, provided that they sign the User Agreement on the state property registry web portal e-Qazyna.kz using an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan

Access to the Service is ensured by the Joint Stock Company "Information and Accounting Center", which has been designated as the single operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011 No. 802.
